SEEDTIME is a network of churches with a focus on micro-enterprise development - helping churches to bring transformation to their communities through business training and support. Church-based micro-enterprise development in Mongolia:
- Helps people with leadership ability to stay in their communities, helping to provide employment for others;
- Helps communities to stand on their own two feet and rely less on support from outside;
- Helps people to develop businesses that honour God and serve others;
- helps people develop wholesome models of business in areas where business is often done badly;
- Provides opportunities for people to transform their situations by realising their potential locally.
According to the American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, 'seed-time' is defined as:
- A time for planting seeds;
- A time of new growth or development.
